Current Position:

I became an official teacher in January 2015 at Needville Jr. High School. This will be my third year with Needville ISD. I am currently teaching Physical Education for half of kindergarten, 3rd grade, and 4th grade.

Previous Position:

This is my first school district to be employed at. My prior teaching experience was student teaching at NISD as well as observing and teaching lessons while in school at Texas State University around the San Marcos area.

Personal Information:

I am dedicated to making sure that NES continues to have an outstanding Physical Education program and that each student has the opportunity to get as much physical activity in each day as possible! When I am not teaching I enjoy fishing and hunting as well as a variety of sports activities. I have a firm belief that you should practice what you preach, so I try to get in as much physical activity as I can. That even means getting in on some of the games and activities we will be participating in here at NES. By the end of this school year my goal is to have the kids saying this was one of the best years they have had at NES.
